Pam has appeared as a contributor on countless TV programmes including This Morning, Loose Women, LK Today, Daybreak, GMB, The Wright Stuff, BBC Breakfast, and for 14 years running was the resident behaviour expert on Big Brother’s Little Brother, Big Brother’s Bit on the Side and Celebrity Bit on the Side. Dr Pam is also a regular pundit and commentator on a huge variety of television programmes such as many of the ‘Top Ten’ series on Channel 4 and Channel 5. She has also appeared on countless one-off shows and documentaries as a talking head, and relationship, sex, psychological, and well-being expert, and as a social commentator.

Most recently Pam has been broadcasting well-being and mental health shows on the Men's and Women's radio stations, And she is presently the celebrity interviewer on Great British Radio. Pam has recorded a weekly show and podcast for Love Sport Radio called Wham Bam It’s Dr Pam, and she presented a Saturday night show on Talk Radio for nearly 2 years in 2016, 2017 and 2018.

Her radio career began with presenting shows on Heart FM London for five years and then on LBC 97.3 for four and a half years.

She can be heard on radio, weekly, as a freelance contributor and cover-presenter to a number of BBC regional stations as well as commercial stations. Pam has hosted a number of radio specials including a month long special for BBC Western region stations. She had a number of stints as a weekly relationship expert on various stations from Newstalk in Ireland to Heart FM NW and Wales.

Pam is the Sun newspaper’s resident psychologist expert writing frequent comment and advice in the newspaper. She also writes a column on sex and relationships for the Sun online that has been running for the last eight years.

She has presently, and has previously had, numerous magazine and internet columns including a column on the Yummy Mummy Beauty website, a Wingman dating app blog, a life coaching and agony aunt column on the Miss Independent Woman website, a weekly sex and relationship column on iVillage.co.uk for ten years, on MSN UK for eight years, and on AOL for four years. Previous columns also include ones in Cosmo Brides, Love It! Magazine, Sunday Magazine, Weekend magazine (the Saturday Mail), Scarlet magazine, and other columns through which she’s advised millions of people.

She writes on a regular basis for other national newspapers with pieces appearing in the Mirror, Daily Mail, the Express, and The Times. She has written for, and regularly gives quotes to a range of magazines including Closer, Cosmo, Now, Grazia, Zest and many more.

Pam presented shows on Heart FM London for five years and on LBC 97.3 for four and a half years. She can be heard on radio weekly as a freelance contributor and presenter – most recently having presented a month long special for BBC radio and a weekly advice slot on a Heart FM region.

Pam has a doctorate in psychology from a London teaching hospital and is a chartered research, academic and teaching psychologist. Her doctoral and postdoctoral research looked at parenting/family issues. She has also completed some ad hoc psychology/counselling-type courses and since 2000 she has worked part time privately as a self help expert, life coach and dating coach.

Pam also works as an expert wearing different “hats” in the media including dream analysis, body language analysis and how different things like colour and design affect our moods. Pam’s interested in a number of social problems and has helped raise the profile of these.

Dr. Pam’s PR consultancy is very busy with campaigns from Dior to Daz and she offers a wide range of services from consulting, to speaking at events, and as a spokesperson for radio campaigns. She had the honour of being selected to work on a long term sexual health campaign with the Department of Health and the Department for Children, Schools and Families in 2010. She has worked on various activity with Mattesson’s, Peugeot, the TDS campaign – testosterone deficiency syndrome, Sony and Universal Pictures, Christian Dior product launches, Dolmio, Huggies nappies, Rosemount Wines, Calpol, Organon Labs, Vauxhall, Cellnet, Robinson’s Fruit and Barley, Link cash machine network, and Kimberley-Clark.

Other campaigns Pam’s contributed to include working with MSN, Lenor, Hovis bread, EGG online banking, Blockbuster Video, the launch of Uprima men’s erectile dysfunction medicine, a campaign to increase awareness of male prostate problems, and many other campaigns including Mars chocolates, OSOYOU.com, Virgin Megastores, Nissan cars, Invisalign and others.She has worked extensively with the hair loss specialists Regaine on both male and female products.
