Neg Dupree

Without doubt, Neg's Urban Sports was the stand-out act from the Channel 4 hit show 'Balls of Steel'. After three series Neg’s hilarious antics had propelled him to cult status in the UK and beyond with a mind boggling 150 million views on YouTube. This popularity lead Neg stateside where he wrote, produced and starred in 'Neg Vs America', a hidden camera pilot for MTV USA, bringing to life a new array of pranks and characters. Soon after it was off down under, where Neg resurrected the Urban Cowboy to lead two series of ‘Balls of Steel Australia' - subsequently breaking records as the most watched show ever on The Comedy Channel and also picking up a ‘Best Entertainment Show’ gong at the Aussie TV Awards.

Projects since ‘Balls of Steel’ include fronting advertising campaigns for FHM and Vauxhall, writing for comedy sketch shows on the BBC, Ch4 and ITV, co-presenting on Kerrang and Absolute Radio with Tim Shaw (winning a New York Festival Gold award in the process). Neg also has more serious acting credits including ‘EastEnders’, ‘Footballers’ Wives’ and horror movie ’28 Weeks Later'. Neg has also featured as lunatic news reporter David Hock for Sky news channel Russia Today and also created a new batch of characters for his own Comedy Central series ‘World of Neg’. A certain cross-dressing thug, ‘Annie’ found internet fame in a series of clips that have been viewed over 200 million times! Some of Neg’s inventions including 'Burger Bowl Off' and 'Knock and Don't Run’ have once again gone viral to a new generation of fans around the world along with his raft of new videos via Neg’s Facebook page, which now has well over half a million likes.

Over the past year Neg has been busy penning and developing two sitcom pilots 'Early Risers' and 'Noah's Park' with his writing partner Joe Bell. The duo have also independently produced a mockumentary pilot 'Super-Models'. Neg is also in the early stages of a brand new hidden camera show for America. Whoop Whoop!
